Overall process
- Enquiry and contact.
- Confirming the details with you: date and time, number of people, tour details, price, preparation and travel itinerary.
- Confirmation of the reservation 3 months in advance.
Enquiries and provisional reservations are accepted up to 1 year in advance. - The meeting point and time are provided on the evening before the tour.
- And get started on the day!
Important notes
When a weather warning is issued (e.g. for a typhoon) and/or when the guide decides conditions are not safe, the tour will be cancelled and in that case, no cancellation fee is charged. or the itinerary may be changed in consultation with the guests.
No refund will be issued after the tour has started.
A cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations due to your own circumstances, e.g. health, sudden injury or changes to your travel itinerary.

Guests who have been drinking alcohol cannot join the tour. Please also be careful not to drink too much the day or night before.
If drinking is discovered on the day of the tour or after it has started, the tour will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
Pregnant guests are not able to join our tours.
Please inform us of any medical issues, concerns, ongoing medication, physical conditions and food or insect allergies.
Notice for insurance
Unfortunately, Activity insurance for inbound tourist in Japan is NOT a very good condition. Therefore, our insurance for accident is limited to a certain amount of money. We are afraid to require that you are also sure to arrange a reliable travel insurance on your responsibility, including fatal accidents.
